Product Warranty

Panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms for the specific model supplied. Warranty duration, claim process, and exclusions vary by brand and product category. We share relevant warranty information at quotation and delivery stages.

Workmanship Warranty

Where GreenUp Energy performs installation, workmanship coverage (if included) is stated in your project quotation or installation agreement. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, third-party repairs, accidents, or extreme events may not be covered.

How to Raise a Claim

Contact us with your order/quote reference, product details, and a clear description of the issue (photos help). We guide you through manufacturer claim steps where applicable or schedule an inspection for installation-related concerns.

Important Notes

Warranty does not replace routine maintenance. Dust, loose terminations, and neglected cleaning can reduce performance without indicating a manufacturing defect. Keep invoices and warranty cards for faster support.
